QAFCO has a very robust system for contractor evaluation and is specifically carried out for shutdown contractors on a annual basis. This in-depth evaluation looks into all aspects of contactors safety and security program including the accommodation and welfare facilities for their employees, qualification and experience of the contractor’s safety representative, safety programs in place, safety culture, personal protective equipments, training programs etc. Further, to create a healthy competition among the contractor’s a feedback report on their performance is issued and the top three contractors are awarded certificate of appreciation by the top Management.
